$4 flat rate shipping. Free shipping on orders $47 and up, no code needed.

We pack most orders within 1 business day.

Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package. You will get tracking when your order ships.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is partly out of our hands, but we will help chase it down if something goes quiet.

Returns

Love it or we’ll refund you. You have 30 days to reach out, and we will suggest a better fit or refund your order. No restocking fees.

We send refunds immediately. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to show up on your statement.

Email summon@blackaltar.co with your order number and what happened. Clear is better than formal.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo and your order number within 30 days. We will make it right.

A small note

Handmade soap is personal. Your skin gets a vote. If a bar is not the one, tell us. We would rather help you find what works than leave you with something sitting unused by the sink.
