Shipping

• We pack and hand off every order to USPS within 24 hours except on weekends.
• Delivery timing shown at checkout (usually 3–8 business days inside the U.S.).
• Once a parcel is scanned by USPS it’s out of our control, but we’ll help chase it down if it goes missing—just email summon@blackaltar.co.

Returns

• Unused bars may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Email summon@blackaltar.co with your order number to start the process; we’ll send a prepaid label.
• Refunds land on your original payment method up to 5 business days after the bar arrives back at the altar.

Unhappy

Every bar is poured fresh each month with pure minerals and botanicals. If your ritual doesn’t feel right, we’ll refund you—no questions asked. Keep the bar you tried; send the rest back on us.
